parsleyed tomatoes with cucumber raita
I'm doing a three month internship which is much too far away from my house -- the commute is long by car and longer by transit/bike. this means i come home and pretty much am too exhausted to cook. but i did manage to sneak this one in over the weekend.
summer csa box is amazing. this week: tomato(e?)s, basil, squash, green beans, onions, watermelon, potatoes, walnuts. corn is taking the week off.
(did i break the format by trying to blog from flickr? suddenly the left margin is missing)

i am however, jealous of the eatwell eggs, since i can't always get them at rainbow. eatwell farms is another csa here, and they recently added some egg laying hens to their farm. expensive but beautiful.
That cantaloupe thing last week was sooooooooooo good. Mmmm-mmm-mmm!
